We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you decide to return within 30 days you will be given 100% refund or exchange on the product, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened and unused. The offer is voided if the product being returned is opened or used.
There is a $3 restocking fee on all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS
All returns must be authorized by Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of product being delivered by shipping courier. The time will be calculated based on tracking details only. Contact support@jewelpads.com with the concern to receive a response within 48 hours. After 48 hours we reserve the right not to honor any order discrepancies.
